This event is a Table-top Display Only. Exhibitors will be provided with:

  • (1) 6ft skirted display table
  • (2) chairs
  • Electrical and AV equipment is NOT provided. To order electrical and/or Audio Visual equipment for your table-top display please use the form provided below.

  • All orders must be placed by Wednesday, June 28, 2017.

    Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your table top during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

    Exhibitor Staff Registration

    To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Monday, June 19, 2017.

    When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
