KEYNOTE 2: ITIL AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT

This presentation will discuss our experiences in implementing ITIL at WellSpan in order to improve our service-level management and change our other IT disciplines, while at the same time manage costs.

We will speak to the changes we have made as a result of ITIL, such as the adoption of a change advisory board, service level agreements, CMDB and the steps required to implement ITIL across the organization. 

Attendees will hear the specific results we have seen, as well as the metrics we have used to measure improvements and resulting ROI.
