Using IBM’s MDM platform, over the past 5 years they have furthered their digital transformation by building out a flexible architecture necessary to meet a variety of consumption patterns and use cases which can be executed in a “crawl, walk, run mentality”. Along the way, Farmers also had to rethink the value delivered as they provide a connected experience on their digital platforms. Additional business strategies are now accelerating via MDM-enabled analytic opportunities and knowing your customer, as well as measures that are put in place to track and continuously improve the customer experience.
