Avon was an early adopter of Master Data Management; in fact, its MDM program is 10 years old! With early entry comes challenges—particularly as technology evolves.

In this session, learn about Avon's Product Master journey and how the company is dealing with an aging MDM platform. Neil Bussell, Director, Enterprise Master Data Management at Avon describes the ongoing challenges (even after 10 years) of keeping the Product Master clean using the approach he describes as “the carrot, the stick and the brick wall.” Also, Neil will discuss the process of getting to the next generation of technology for MDM at Avon.
