PLATINUM KEYNOTE 2: JOHNSON & JOHNSON HOW DATA QUALITY DRIVES PRODUCTION EXCELLENCE
In this joint presentation, learn how Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies (J&J) achieved Six Sigma in North American data quality through their best in class Information Governance program. This keynote will discuss the challenges J&J faced when assigned the task of ‘cleaning up the data’ for all Consumer Companies in North America. The company implemented BackOffice Associates’ data governance solutions and can now gather and stage finished goods, components and all other materials data. The speakers will touch on all aspects of a robust governance program (people, process and technology) focusing on organizational changes and change management aspects. In addition, this session will touch on technology aspects of implementing a governance program and the roadmap towards achieving Six Sigma in data quality.
