EMERGING TRENDS FOR 2012

This session will focus on how organizations can examine their companies from a “top down” as well as a “bottom up” outlook on data.  Customer centric organizations will learn how they can leverage commonalities across their end-to-end-processes and integrate their current data using case study examples as well as how outside factors can also affect their processes, such as social media and continuing economic challenges.
